Winnetka Hockey Club 2009-2010 Mite A-2 Travel Program
Dear House League
Parent,
The Winnetka Hockey
Club will offer Mite A-2 travel teams for
children born in 2002 (majors) and 2003
(minors). The purpose
of the A2 program is to develop our younger
skaters with additional instruction and game
experience with a view towards playing
travel hockey.
HIGHLIGHTS of the
program:
The teams skate approximately twice per week
while still participating on their house
league teams.
Approximately 15
practices conducted by qualified coaches
10 game league schedule
with teams in the Northern suburbs
Season ends in early
March with the Winnetka Cup Championship
We offer a team for
children born in both 2002 and 2003. The
team will be selected by the coaching staff
at the December 7st tryout.
We are going to offer
two clinics with our clubs skating
instructor Kevin Delaney.

The fee for the season
is $ 650 and includes all ice times,
coaches’ salaries, tournament entry, jersey
and pre tryout skating clinic. Goalie cost
will be $ 375 and tryout fee is $ 25.00.
