Dear Winnetka Hockey Family and Friends,
We are planning our second annual WarriorFest to welcome everyone back from summer and kick off the 2022-2023 season. Our goal is two-fold: to strengthen our Warrior community and help raise funds for the Club.
We also will be honoring Tom Gullen, who is retiring after 41 years of dedicated service to the Winnetka Hockey Club.
Mark your calendars! Saturday, August 27th, from 4-7pm, we will be gathering at Crow Island Woods for food, drinks, music, raffles and special events with activities for all ages. We promise a fun-filled evening!
We are looking for sponsors and hope you will consider supporting the event. Winnetka Hockey Club and our members benefit greatly from the generosity of our community. Attracting and retaining high quality coaches is our top priority for this upcoming year and funds generated from WarriorFest will be used to support this effort. Funds may also be used to offset the increasing cost of ice time, equipment, and other needs, and providing financial assistance to those families that need it, all while keeping the costs to our entire membership as low as possible.
Those who commit to sponsoring the event by July 15 will be included on the invitation and event signage. There are four levels of support:
WHITE $250 - $499
GREEN $500 - $999
GOLD $1,000 - $2,499
THE WARRIOR $2,500 and up
If you are interested in sponsoring any of our inflatables, DJ, or an ice cream truck, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We understand our families already support the Club in a variety of different ways - we appreciate any additional support you can lend. Please click the link below to the contribution form. We look forward to seeing you on August 27th!
