Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Squirt, PeeWee & Bantam Travel

Pre-season clinics and tryout fees are non-refundable. Full season refunds will not be offered after acceptance on a team. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis and only be considered for injury related reasons.

Mite Travel

Pre-season clinics and tryout fees are non-refundable. Full season refunds will not be offered after acceptance on a team. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis and only be considered for injury related reasons.

House League

Full season refunds for House League will be offered upon request until October 1st. After October 1st, refunds will will be made on a case by case basis and only be considered for injury related reasons.

WARRIOR ACADEMY SPRING

There are no refunds for registered players after April 1, 2024.

JR. WARRIOR ACADEMY/SPRING ADM

Jr. Warrior House League

House league fees are 100% refundable until October 1. From October 1-15, there is a $75 processing fee. After October 15, there are no refunds. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis and only be considered for injury related reasons.
